Article Submission - Guidelines

We only accept submissions from the original author of the articles. By submitting an article to us, you acknowledge that you are legally entitled to distribute the work and allow us to redistributed it if we choose. You also agree to let us use the article on Trackster.com. We may also distribute content to other sites or create a printed equivalent. You will receive recognition (unless you explicitly decline) for the contents but full copyright is transferred to us. We reserve the right to edit content when deemed necessary for grammar and readability.

We are interested in seeing well-written, illustrated features, how-to/"how I did it" articles, stories, tips and hints that will help our audience experience the fun and tackle the challenges of Trackster ownership.

To submit an article or if you have additional questions about submitting content to www.trackster.com, please send email to: editor@trackster.com. Submission may also be made by mail and our Editor will scan your pictures and transcribe your notes into digital format. However, mail submissions pay $25.00. See our Contact Us section for mailing address.

We cannot guarantee that we will use your article on our site. We will still post your Trackster pictures and comments in our Photo Gallery as a free service.

Thursday, September 8th, 2005 - Camoplast increases Trackster track prices for our next shipment. We've held the price down for 4 straight years but the boost is coming. Buy your new tracks now before the price increase effects us all. Just Click Here Remember, our track pattern and mold is proprietary. People try from time to time to contact Camoplast directly to order tracks. Camoplast cannot sell this track direct and never has any on-hand. We are the only source for the Diamond Grip track.

On Wednesday, January 22nd, 2003 - Good reports about the traction provided by the "Diamond Grip" tracks. One customer used a new twist on an old Trackster sales phrase by stating "The new tracks made a mountain that was previously impassable possible."

On Wednesday, July 10th, 2002 - Online ordering for Brand New Trackster CD Amplifiers and Emergency Ignition Systems have been added to the Trackster Store. The ISP is still working on the counter problem.

On Saturday, June 29th, 2002 - I keep forgetting to update this section. Sorry! There is a new button to send you from this page to the Vintage Trackster Store. I removed the hit counter because a power outage at the ISP caused the loss of the data file. If they have a backup, I may reinstate this feature in the future.
